This corporation does not care about quality or its employees. American Woodmark is part of ESG and practices DEI. Corporate only cares about the money they make hints as to why you can’t get them on the phone. Truly a dumpster fire of a company!
We purchased a Fireplace Surround from American Wood Mark. The side panels paint did not match with the cabinetry, but it was close enough that you couldn’t hardly tell until it was installed and then it became blatantly clear. Woodmark refused to do anything to resolve the situation. In addition, the surround had four drawers none of which lineup properly. I used their product a couple years ago in a kitchen and was happy, but their workmanship has gone down the tubes.
The cabinets I had installed were very high end and yet affordable. They are beautiful!
