The most disappointing company for furniture purchases, including cabinets, was encountered. The order was incorrectly processed, resulting in an additional five-week delay for delivery. The materials used were subpar, lacking refinement and resembling those assembled by an inexperienced individual. The most concerning aspect was the company’s lack of accountability. We were hesitant to order from American Woodmark after reading a significant amount of bad reviews and seeing a haloing look on their stained cabinet doors in the Home Depot showroom. We were assured by both the Home Depot design team, and our local district rep that those doors looked like that due to hanging and constantly moving in and out to show customers.
