This is our 3rd kitchen remodel with Woodmark cabinets over a 9 year span. The first two were fine for the price point (2016 & 2023). This 3rd kitchen renovation that we're currently doing (2 years later) has been terrible. Almost every cabinet came damaged. Their packaging is flimsy and prone to easy damage and the craftsmanship of their cabinets has gone so far downhill. First time we ordered great experience. The second time a nightmare. Full kitchen order and we had multiple damaged cabinets, went back to Home Depot multiple times, cracked face frame, misalignments and today a loose draw front with a pinhole in the drawer front. Now what do I do? Just trying to get my grand children back in their home after the hurricane.
Don't waste your time
Kitchen were cabinets were purchased through Home Depot in Doral, FL. The cabinets arrived and when the installer proceeded to open the first corner piece that had damage. He proceeded to open other boxes and those were all damaged. It's Christmas the whole living room and kitchen are cluttered with boxes. Two weeks have gone by and waiting for them to be picked up. Stay away from this brand there are a lot of complains out there about them.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Hampton bay kitchen cabinet from this company. First, the delivery took far longer than promised through Home Depot, which delayed my entire kitchen renovation. When the cabinets finally arrived, some of them were in terrible condition. Not only were several pieces broken, but there were also key parts missing, making it impossible to assemble.
