Appointment: 12/17/25 at 4:00 PM (arrived at 3:00 PM) Check-in: Shipping and Receiving is located at the front upon arrival. Loading: There are only two loading bays. If bays are occupied, drivers should expect to wait. I waited approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes for a bay, followed by an additional 2 hours for loading. HOS: Plan accordingly and ensure you have sufficient HOS available. Parking: Overnight parking may be available, depending on space. Restrooms: Availability unknown (did not inquire)
I've been waiting for over an hour for them to give me the cargo papers and nobody shows up.
I had a 11am appt got here late due to my previous load, but they were really quick on still giving me a door..thank you for that! :) They started loading me immediately! I got here, went to shipping office to check in on a tablet, the gentleman there was very friendly n helpful, he gave me my paperwork, was given a dock number and they started loading me right away!
