Takes too long to load. Forklifts taking breaks mid load. Please be mindful of our time.
Small plant, very dirty place. Rude attitude towards drivers. Long waiting time.
We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with American Wood Fibers (Marshall, TX). With over 20 years of trucking experience, we understand proper loading and weight distribution. Unfortunately, the staff at this facility clearly do not. They loaded excessive weight toward the rear of the trailer, putting us nearly 1,000 lbs overweight. Check in 4 hours before appointment, got a dock ... nice lady at the shipping office, lot of space to back into a dock... No overnight parking
