Unprofessional, rude and quite literally do not take your feelings into consideration with anything. The staff has no sympathy they do not deserve to work in such a fragile field

If I could give zero stars I would. The way this place is run is abysmal. Firstly, I was booked for a 10AM appt on a Saturday. I got there 10 minutes early for paperwork, which I completed quickly. After I finished, I was told that the doctor doesn't even come in until 12 or 1PM and that day, it would be particularly late because the doctor was overbooked at the other office.
