I had a really good experience here. Everyone was kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff explained everything clearly and never made me feel judged or rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who come through their doors. The clinic was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I really hope they're able to add a surgical option in the future because I think it would help even more people. The staff treated me with kindness, respect, and without judgment from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Every member of the team was supportive, and I never felt rushed or dismissed.
