Just had Bret out here to trouble shoot a couple of issues that came up, and he did a phenomenal job! Super nice, knowledgeable, and explained a few things that will be helpful down the road. He fixed things up in record time!
Never had security system before they were very professional had questions on how to arm properly Sam Pulliam my rep came to help very next day and throughly explained to my husband and I which made it so easy the customer service with my rep was fantastic! Highly recommend the company
The guys Jack and Nate showed up promptly on time. It was a difficult house and they never gave up on installing my surveillance system. I highly recommend American Wireless Alarm for cameras and their ADT installation. My sales rep Sam Pulliam was excellent as well. It seems like they are the only ones in this area that do these type of installations.
After putting our house back together after two hurricanes, we decided to have a Camera System installed. We shopped several companies, and decided on American Wireless Alarm for several factors, but the strongest was the system design and layout. Very detailed and they were recommended to us by several Neighbours as well. Price was spot-on and we are very impressed with the systems features and image clarity.
I needed a new security system for my condo in Palm Aire. I called a few companies and found many companies offering very similar products and pricing. The one that we went with was American Wireless Alarm. It was free installation, but they included all windows and doors, plus motion detection and fire detection. Monitored by ADT. All other companies wanted a lot more money for this level of protection. We are happy with everything. Thank you - Jack and his team.
