I had my cameras installed 2013 they are still working great I had an issue this afternoon September 11th 2025 . I changed my router and I didn’t know how to put the cameras back on so I called them and the technician name Bart was very understanding he fixed the problem. He went over overtime at fixing the problem on the phone and didn’t charge me anything. He was very knowledgeable. Very kind and very patient. I really appreciate him Very good company. And the cameras are still working after all these years Thank you Bart
