I called several window replacement companies to quote me on a window replacement because the outer pane of glass had been shattered. Charlie was the only one of those companies who told me I didn’t need a full window replacement—just a glass repair company. Saved me a ton of money and didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. A true gentleman with integrity.
American Windows did a fantastic job installing our new picture window. The selection and ordering process was seamless and the installation neat and professional. I highly recommend this local company!
Amazing experience working with Jay and American Windows. Had them replace 16 windows and our patio sliding door and beat out other big brand competitors by thousands of $$. Jay went out of his way to ensure the install went great and even accommodated additional work (removed unsightly metal security bars and capped the holes left behind). American Windows did a phenomenal job on my townhouse window install. I waited a couple months to write the review to make sure there were no issues, and there are none. I interviewed close to a dozen window installers and got close to half a dozen quotes. American Windows had the best price / quality ratio.
