Jim is a nice guy I guess. This is just not a company I’d give business to again. The price Jim quoted us for the big curved window we wanted replaced was the lowest quote we got. He said he could tell our other windows were in bad shape and that if his company did a great job at a low price for this window, we would want to hire them again to do the rest of our windows. American windows. We weren’t in a rush to replace our windows. So, I had time to get a lot of quotes and see what was out there. We started with some of the expensive options like Renewal and Marvin windows. Then we tried a home depot quote and a few kinds of general contractor firms. At this point I wasn’t really sure how to proceed. I hadn’t really compared all the windows and didn’t know if the more expensive options really were any better. We had this company install our entry door a few years ago. The brand is ProVia Heritage French Entry Door. We paid thousands of dollars for it. Every winter, we suffer from the draft coming through the door. The foyer is unbearably cold, and it is affecting our gas bill tremendously. The door itself is cold like ice. We are not sure if it is the door quality or the installation, but we definitely did not get lucky choosing this company. They have come to our house twice and can't seem to resolve the issue.

I called several window replacement companies to quote me on a window replacement because the outer pane of glass had been shattered. Charlie was the only one of those companies who told me I didn’t need a full window replacement—just a glass repair company. Saved me a ton of money and didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. A true gentleman with integrity.
