Amazing experience working with Jay and American Windows. Had them replace 16 windows and our patio sliding door and beat out other big brand competitors by thousands of $$. Jay went out of his way to ensure the install went great and even accommodated additional work (removed unsightly metal security bars and capped the holes left behind). Had American Windows replace 5 windows because the frames rotted. The 3-man work crew was excellent...tidy, friendly, focused, experienced.
American Windows did a phenomenal job on my townhouse window install. I waited a couple months to write the review to make sure there were no issues, and there are none. I interviewed close to a dozen window installers and got close to half a dozen quotes. American Windows had the best price / quality ratio. The former owners of my home had windows installed by these guys and when there was a issue, I called and within 24 hr they had someone at my house fixing a loose panel. Took 20 min and no hassle about warrantees. The guy on the phone was quick and easy to work with as were the 2 men they sent to my place. Very satisfied.
This is an exceptional company. Would give 6 stars if I could. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. Got 18 new windows, 2 French doors, front door with sidelights, 2 standard doors, and new siding. Basically a full exterior remodel on my end unit townhouse. We could not be happier with the result.
