We HIGHLY recommend this company!! Mike Garofalo is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He and his crew installed replacement windows on our first floor, exterior doors, a patio sliding door, & a new railing. One of our windows entailed cutting open a wall to install a beautiful new picture sliding window. Everything looks FANTASTIC!! The jobsite was cleaned up every night. Our experience with American Windows and Sidiing was excellent; Mike and Tom are very professional, friendly and provided an enormous amount of information on the windows (Mezzo from Alside), the installation, and any follow up necessary. Each day, the worksite was left completely clean - you wouldn't have know anyone was working here. We highly recommend using them as contractors for any home project. Can't say enough about Mike and his crew. They replaced every window in my brick home, including a slider. Exceptional work, excellent customer service and follow up. Mike goes above and beyond in pleasing his customer, He did for me. Replacing a cracked window that happened during shipment and fixing screens that just weren't up to his standards. He is definitely my go to guy!

I've used American Windows twice now. Michael and his team were professional. They just installed my patio door. Michael paid attention to the little details, making sure everything was working properly. He cleaned up throught the process making sure nails and screws didn't fall into the grass. When he was done the only evidence of of his visit is my brand new efficient, beautiful patio door. I would definitely recommend American Windows to anyone looking for replacements.

We've used Michael and his team on several projects over the last 10 years - from custom basement windows, new construction windows and doors, vinyl siding and roofing. He was the most responsive and fair contractor we contacted. He was very responsive and professional. He worked with us through several supply chain issues and negotiated with suppliers for the best pricing on alternate materials when supply chain issues prevented us from getting what we'd originally ordered.
