American windows replaced 36 windows, all the windows in my home 2 years ago . The price was reasonable, the installation was sloppy but they were responsive and fixed the multiple issues related to the installation. Fast forward to March 2025 when we had that big rain multiple windows were leaking, seriously leaking puddles on my kitchen counter. We had all or our windows replaced on whole bottom floor or our house, one of the guy we were dealing with was very responsive, but when they scheduled the crew to come out they gave us a 3-4 hour window when they would come and no one ever showed up. When we rescheduled and they finally came out and did the windows, 3 of the windows were off track and they left a bunch of yellow glue on some of our white window sills that we couldn’t get off without ruining the paint.
