We purchased our windows in 2020. We have had constant issues with the windows from day one. The salesman blames the manufacturer, the manufacturer blames the installers. These windows are a chronic problem. The customer service at Vinyl max is condescending. The only positive, is the work ethic of the repair men. Unfortunately, we see them every time we wash our windows and have an issue with them falling out of the frame. Do not buy these windows!
Very poor experience with this company. They showed up around 8 a.m. to do a neighbors roof. Without asking for permission they entered my back yard and played traps down. They did not ask and they did lot care that they did not ask. I was concerned because I own a large dog. I ask one of the guys a question about why they went into my yard without asking.
