We thought we was getting a good deal and So we had all 19 windows replaced! Less than a month later, one of the pulls on the screen broke off! Then a metal piece from another window came out and my window wouldn’t stay up! I called Roger and after 3 calls with no returns, he finally answered the phone! After explaining what happened He said no problem I’ll come by tomorrow and fix the window that won’t stay up! That was like 4-5 years ago and he never showed up! I just gave up!
