Danny and his team are awesome! We’ve used him for the last 6 years on all our projects. Anything with a window or slider, American Window Co has been fantastic. Response is fast, process is streamlined, and service feels local and friendly. Quality of the windows has been great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new windows or doors!
Full window replacement of 12 various sizes including sliding door, large picture window and over sized garden windows. The assigned crew was timely, experienced and knowledgeable. The teardown and replacement was fast and efficient. Also all the team from sales to admin and installation crew was excellent. Respectful to the home and pets with minimal impact to our day. Pricing was the best and financing was facilitated smoothly. Highly recommended
He showed up timely and friendly. No hard sales pitch at all. We walked around to all the rooms and discussed in detail what I wanted and what I def didn't want. He was very good at letting me know about pricing options regarding the windows, their material and style. The sales rep portion of buying household good is always the worst for me. And this absolutely wasn't that way.
American window company was prompt, helpful, and so informative about the issues I was having with my windows and sliding door. Will definitely be calling them whenever I have a problem with a window!
