We had both windows & siding replaced by Larry Joyner of American Window & Siding North Carolina. We had no complaints until after installation was complete. We have an unfinished upstairs & had a window put in upstairs by Larry Joyner. Approximately 6 months after completion of the project, we had water damage on our bedroom ceiling coming from the window that was put in upstairs as well as damage around the window itself.
