Very disappointed. I paid a $300 deposit for a Pintail drake I brought in. It was shipped out to an external person, which is fine. But they apparently lost contact with them, I am out my bird and my deposit.
I brought my beloved pet to this shop in March 2024, heartbroken, and asked them to have him freezedried "curled up like he's asleep." Originally I was told the he would be ready by September 2024. September came and went and I called every week for months trying to get an answer on when we could get him back. Turns out the place they'd sent him hadn't even started the process, so we waited another 6 months. My friend had a bear mount a few years ago when we got it back it wasn't the same bear the owner says many different excuses we took him to court we won he sold our original bear and gave us another he still haven't paid our money back so we will take him back to court bad business and don't recommend
