My grandpa got a whistle form the at the factory it had got damaged from falling so I contacted them and told the what happened (My grandpa had passed away) and they sent me and my grandma a new whistle with a letter stating “It takes a extraordinary young man to step up and take care of your grandmother like you did and for that reason not only are we happy to replace her damaged whistle but we thought you deserved to have an American made whistle too”
Awesome tour! Took about an hour, very informative. Shout out to Phil, Mark and Joyce. All three were entertaining and very kind and able to share the experience of creating whistles in a very fun way!

Did a pickup there and was very quick loading slow on paperwork though waited about an hour for bills. I can see it being a tight squeeze backing onto door if cars parked in wrong spots.
