A+ experience! They provided top quality service on my washing machine. The technician came out within 3 hours of my call. He offered 30% discount on labor, explained diagnosis, its resolution and next step clearly. He was very knowledgeable of my appliance. The rate was great and I would use this company again.

5 stars! When I called for service, I was asked a number of questions about my appliance and was provided with the information of how they would come out to check my dryer and give me a written estimate. They sent the repair man the same day. He was knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem and quoted the price. I approved the repair and he fixed my dryer right away. I am very happy with this company and I would use them again in the future.

Exceptional service! Beyond expectations! The technician was pleasant and professional. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem I was having with my washer. He made no attempts to sell me anything which I didn't need. He had the replacement part in his van and fixed my leaky washer right away.
