I ordered 4 counterstools from a very nice furniture maker in LA to be delivered to my Receiver in SF. American West was the suggested freight forwarder from Redford House, the furniture maker. 2 of the 4 counterstools arrived broken in multiple places including the seat of the stool. American West is refusing to replace the stools and instead wants me to send the stools to them for repair. When the seat of a stool is broken, a repair is not enough. Zgallerie furniture use this third party delivery company to deliver in atlanta ga who are the worse. I complained on a delivery guy that put small stains on my chairs that where delivered and he lied on the refusal report. I then get a email from zgallerie that this company no longer want to deliver to my home, because I complained about the employee which is insane. Zgallerie need to get another delivery company and new independent contractors due to how they treat customers.
I had two couches delivered and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the American West delivery experience. The two gentleman that came were so professional, personable and nice. I wish every company would use American West for delivery!
AWest outsourced delivery of my furniture to a local delivery service (Need It Now PA) and the service was terrible. They scheduled without consultation and after rescheduling and confirming a date and delivery window, they scheduled a different time. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery crew tracked dirt and grime onto new carpet which left it stained. I would not recommend using America West for delivery.
