I am so happy with the service received from this vendor. Marianna was a pleasure to work with and provided great information on what to expect and how to move forward with cleaning and preservation. I live close to American cleaners so I was able to drop off and pick up instead of shipping so I can’t speak on the shipping process. But the staff I dealt with in store were kind and helpful. The dress was ready for pick up the day I was notified and I could t be happier with the keepsake.
I was recommended Marianna at American Cleaners by the seamstress who did my wedding dress alterations. I love that American Cleaners takes care of cleaning AND preserving your dress! They were so easy to work with the whole process. I dropped off my dress a week after my wedding and within a month my dress was ready to pick up!
