We've had no issues which is what you want to see with a storage place.
If I could give zero i would! I rented this paid a full month early and arrived 2 weeks later after a 5 hour drive to find my spot had a junk car in the spot, I called multiple times left messages no returned call back had to go through my credit card to get refunded, called again spoke to a representative sho was rude and rushed me off the phone saying I never called and hung up.
