Their customer service is outstanding—they even return missed calls without you having to leave a voicemail and always have answers to any questions. Renting a storage unit was quick and easy, and the entire process can be done online, which is perfect for busy families! When we accessed our unit for the first time and looked like it had never been used. We will definitely be recommending American Way Storage!
I haven’t had any issues with this place and I’ve had my unit for a couple years and my mom has used there unit for years. Never had a rodent issue and the gate is a good way to keep people out with out a passcode.
My rent is due and going to down size my storage space. I e mail American STorage and they reply back very promptly with answers to help me make a decision .
