People are nice that live here. But it iNFESTED with roaches. It’s so disgusting. We rented for 3 years here and had the apartment exterminated many times. But these roaches are resistant to pesticides. It’s terrible.
Long story short, landscapers start at 7am weekend or weekday no set schedule, water shuts off every week, sewer issues, Ac/heat broke twice in 1 year and there is a serious roach infestation, exterminator has to walk in to your apartment once a week to set baits but it doesn't help at all roaches everywhere at night.
