We would like to express many thanks to The American Waterproofers team for the satisfactory installation of a sum pump, and proper drainage system at our home. James is an excellent project coordinator; he effectively convinced us that the 4-inch ADS perforated drainage pipe is maintenance free, and works better than the WaterGuard system commonly used by other companies. AWI was a seamless experience from initial call to finishing the job. Jim was courteous on phone and scheduled John to come next day to inspect basement. He explained the issues with basement (house is 70 yr old) did careful measurements and explained thoroughly the waterproofing procedure. I was notified by Jim when to expect the work and big Dan, Nakita and crew were at my door at 0730. Dan reviewed the proposal with problem areas and re-inspected entire area. UPDATE: 1.5 years later. My basement flooded 1 time definitely better than what it was but I still had to call the fire department. And if you are reading this you know how stressful it is having water in your basement. The fear is not gone with my basement when we get big storms but I no longer worry about drizzles. Extremely knowledgeable and respectful! I'm so glad I dont have to panic every time it rains! 10/10 would recommend. (The picture with the water was the last time the basement flooded.
