Overall, I had a good experience working with AWR. They did the remediation, demolition, pack in/out, and reconstruction on my condo after a flooding from the unit above me required a full gut reno on my place over the course of 5-6 months. They showed up within hours of the accident, took extensive pictures, immediately remediated, and worked well with my insurance adjuster. so sad i was recommended this company by a friend. They were quick to collect on the insurance money and never finished the work i have been calling them since august to fix what was left damaged and they just reply with we will fix it we are now in 2026 and nothing has been done. The new cabinets that were installed by one of the workers were left damaged with paint chipping off and nails that went through. I now have countertops that are to different colors.
