If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. I paid for this service for over two years thinking it was part of my water company. When I finally needed help, they sent two plumbers who both denied the claim with conflicting excuses. First it was “in-home” so not covered, then it was a “drain line” so not covered. Even when I explained the leak was caused by a clog, they still refused. Calling customer service was a nightmare of being bounced between call centers with no resolution. I called their customer service almost a week ago to update an existing account. Was told by Luis to send an email with documentation to a strange email address. So I immediately sent this email with documentation… no response, no acknowledgment. I’ve resent the email 48 hours later… still nothing!! Is this what happens when you file a claim?? I’m definitely not impressed and have second thoughts on pursuing continuing with this company.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! We started sewer protection January 2022 at a rate of $16.48/month. The payments have always been auto-debited from our checking account. Rate increases are maliciously disguised in an email with the subject line “Here is your American Water Resources, an Oncourse Company, Confirmation Letter.” HOW IS THIS HELPFUL?
