We appreciate the prompt and professional service both from the Dispatch Office and technician.
The customer service agent that I spoke with was very rude she was abrupt and dismissive.She did put the work order in and I got the job done. I called and wanted to say thank you but she didn't give me a chance,she had the line opened for over 2 minutes not saying anything I kept saying hello until she responded. When she did answer, she asked if I had an issue that she can help with I said no she didn't give me a chance to say why I called she just said no issues good bye and hang up without hearing why I called.
