Service man was very timely and professional
American Water Resources is a wonderful company to deal with. Every time I have made a claim, the problem has been fixed within days. The representatives that speak to you over the phone take care of everything for you, including scheduling maintenance of your choice or whoever they choose. I have been a customer for at least 10 years and they have never failed me. I highly recommend American Water resources.
I will give 0 stars if I could. It declined my claims used all different reasons. I kept canceling my plans and the agents always tried to keep me by offer cheaper price. Recently, it all the sudden increased my renewal fee without proper notification. I called them to complain and cancel the plans to ask refund. It wouldn’t refund until end of billing cycle. I paid thousands of dollars every year ended up with nothing. Don’t get insurance from it.
