My water is so chlorinated it is undrinkable. When complaining about the issue I was told to just run more water...excuse me?!?! My water is undrinkable and your solution is to pay you MORE MONEY?!?
This company has done nothing by lie to me about sending out a service technician for my broken pipes since Saturday 10/19/2024. I have had long wait times on hold, had been told conflicting and bogus information and would never recommend them for anyone. I have been with them for many years, and this is my first claim. I paid my service fee immediately the first night when I made my claim. So far, nothing but excuses and lies.
