Fast unloading,very nice people
Been using them for years as my supplier and I love them. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
These people are especially rude. No concept of customer service. The elderly lady yells at me every time I come to pick something up. Never a nice greeting, just "Who are you? What are you here for" and never a thank you for doing business with them either. But I have found another supplier!!!! So I no longer have to take her abuse. I may have to wait a few more days for the shipment since American Water is the local supplier, but its worth it not to be treated so badly by people who make a lot of money from us.
Terrible service. Got inside the building using the front door. Stayed at the lobby for over 10 minutes. An elderly person wearing no mask told me I cannot be at the lobby with no mask. I put one right away and told her she was not wearing one either, but I had mine on anyway. I started telling her I was looking to purchase equipment and looking for a supplier and she just cut me off saying "Who are you?"
