I have never had such poor customer service in my life! Water heater has to have a major part replaced 16 days after the warranty expires, the part has been failing for over a month. After two resets, the regulator valve finally quit! Initial purchase with installation was around $1600. Part replaced today was $450. I was told by your representative that sorry, you should have contacted us before the warranty expired. Thanks Captain Obvious!
