Matthew H. came out just as he said he would and did a complete inspection for an estimate from water damage. He was very informative with information that I didn't know. I appreciate that. He was helpful and seemed to be very honest and up front with what I may be dealing with in our conversation. Again that is appreciated from a company that is known for quality work.
Very pleased with the outcome. Although there were management concerns in the beginning, once all were resolved, final results were very positive. Mark stayed on top of this & the workers did a wonderful job completing my bathroom.

Matthew Hensley of American Water Damage was an excellent help after our old water heater leaked all over our bathroom. He was fast same day service and was there shortly after the plumber and is very knowledgeable about restoration and mitigation. Very patient with my questions!
