DO NOT USE! American Water Damage is trying to charge me $7,000 for use of a pair of rickety old fans and for testing I did not request (they tested for asbestos in a house built in 1959, which is like testing the Gulf for saltwater). They started off bad and went downhill. They had a four-hour window when they were going to arrive. They came out to treat a water leak. Jaime came out and was honest, friendly and dependable. When his manager, Alex called and came out he accused Jaime of promising to fix items that had water damage. Also, Alex kept downplaying the water damage items and saying that he was just numb to customers questions. Customers are looking for a Jaime not an Alex, he didn't care what the customer had to say and used an excuse he was numb.

This is your warning!!! This company is criminal! They have an insurance scam going on with the plumbing companies. They brought a bunch of monitoring equipment into my rental that was "required by the insurance company" for a small water leak under the kitchen sink. It was denied by insurance and then I received a ridiculous bill for over $3,300. For what???
