I want to say that I post both good and bad reviews on Google. This is not only a bad review, but a warning. My 83 yr old mother used AWD's services based on a plumber's recommendation. He repaired a small water leak under the upstairs guest bathroom sink that caused water damage to the staircase ceiling and walls by the time it was discovered. The initial intent was to use AWD for both the water mitigation and the rebuild process. My mom's insurance deductible was collected by AWD before they would even begin - very strange... read more
