I was recommended by a plumber to AWD. I called them and they came out the next day set up fans and left them. The initial documents didn't have a price on it and my insurance company sent the check to me and my mortgage company. I advised AWD that they needed to submit the required paperwork to the mortgage company in order to be paid. That was in November 2024. It is now March 2025 and I have called and sent emails stating they need to submit the paperwork so the bill can be paid. I have left messages for a manager and/or ... read more

We will not be using this company again nor referring them. Yes, they came when called, after hours. However, they used my water vacuum and filter and left the unit full of water not telling me that it was full of putrid water. ( I had to buy a new filter& clean the unit) . The drying machines they supplied had filthy filters and they broke the back door glass part (they have this in their records but I've not been compensated) which I’m in the process of paying someone to replace.
