Do not let these people in your home. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Water leaked from my roof into a wall space and I had this company out for quote, while I got a second opinion they left a dehumidifier in my upstairs bathroom where the damage was localized for damage mitigation and peace of mind while I decided - great awesome. Would give 0 stars if I could. The driver of one of their vehicles is extremely reckless and almost ran me into the guardrail of the highway because they don’t understand the concept of merging. And my newborn was in the car! Maybe next time if you act like an idiot don’t do it in the company vehicle

I called other water damage companies and they never came. I reached out to American Water Damage and a team was at my residence within an hour. Vennard and Rico were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Although the job required tearing out impacted areas, they did not make a mess and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. If needed again, I will definitely contact American Water Damage.
