I am Extremely Disappointed/Disappointment.. with this company. I am extremely Pissed we were having issues with our water and heater. And we called this company and they came out to the house and completely Destroyed the main bathroom and left a Mess. They put our stuff inside the sink and tub and ran up our electric bill just for running their fans and heaters for 4 days straight they ripped up a room and maybe a huge hole in one of the walls. Absolute worst service! Horrible onsite management, leaked sewage up carpeted steps, office staff is rude and they don't care about customer service.

American Water Damage did an amazing job restoring my basement after a sewage back up turning it into a brand new space that looks amazing. They have a great team that is super helpful.
