Dirk came out to install our Rainsoft whole house water softener that had come out of a previous house. He was really efficient because the new house was older and he had to route pex lines in the basement through the drop ceiling quite a ways from the water shutoff to the drain where the hot water tank was (like 20+ feet). The price I was quoted was $600+ when I made the appt and the final total was $679. Very friendly and explained everything well
Very professional and friendly service! Dirk Tested our tapwater for us and provided several different options to make our water healthier. He was able to come back out and install Our reverse osmosis system for us the next day! He is very knowledgeable about the different water filtration systems and how they work to remove harmful chemicals from the tapwater.
Both of my experiences with Dirk have been positive. He was thorough in explaining the filtering system, efficient in his work, and kind in his demeanor. The filtering system itself is amazing! Best investment I have made for my health and to my 100+ years old home.
These people drive like absolute idiots. Driving while on their phone and almost hit me driving in the wrong lane. The owner should have his driver's license taken away. Shame on you
