We had a wonderful service call with Dirk this morning. We had accumulated numerous issues due to the fact that we did not follow the guidelines for routine maintenance for a few years. This created a leak in the system. But Dirk got us fixed up quickly and cleanly with his expertise and professionalism. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our situation was handled! We now look forward to our annual visits, which we now know are crucial to proper care of this wonderful system we have put in place.
