Both of my experiences with Dirk have been positive. He was thorough in explaining the filtering system, efficient in his work, and kind in his demeanor. The filtering system itself is amazing! Best investment I have made for my health and to my 100+ years old home.
These people drive like absolute idiots. Driving while on their phone and almost hit me driving in the wrong lane. The owner should have his driver's license taken away. Shame on you
Dirk was extremely knowledgeable and was very polite and explained everything in a way I could understand.
The service man, Dirk., was very friendly. He explained all that he was doing to our Ionics System. He showed us the different components and explained to us why he had to replace a few items. Calling for service was easy as well. Customer service was outstanding! Would recommend them to anyone that is thinking about a whole house water filtration and water softener system! We have had them in our home for over 22 years! Highly recommend!
