He not only walked us through what should be the typical maintenance process, however, made sure we are only paying for what we need and nothing more than that. We have had great experiences with American water and air! We had a whole house system and reverse osmosis system put in in 2016 and don't regret it one bit. It made a huge difference in our water quality. They are all friendly and honest. They show you everything you need to know or see about your system and any changes that need made.
