A follow up to my previous review. I sent a letter regarding concerns of poor service and requesting service termination. I also asked them to contact me regarding the charge they placed on my credit card and discuss an appropiate fee for 1 use of a monthly service. They failed to respond or otherwise discuss the charge to my credt card account. Moreover, a month later they billed me for the services terminated. Do not do business with American Waste. Particularly Fred. Very poor customer service, refuses to return calls and will not pay on work done.
