We had 50 year old leaky windows. I called from an ad and they were quick to respond to my call, and make an appointment. Questions answered, quoted, order taken and small deposit paid. A measuring person came out very quickly, within 3 days and I paid 1/2 down. Then there was a longer 3 week or so wait while the windows were being made. We met with Cayla from American Vision Windows. We heard about the company on KLTY. We were totally pleased with her professionalism and presentation. She took the time to listen and based recomendations on what we shared. Then she explained the reasons behind her recommendation.
