I went to American vision with a pair of brand new glasses that were poorly adjusted to me. After meeting Spiros, I know why so many people keep choosing them. He was exceptional and very knowledgeable, and fixed my glasses like nobody else did in so many visits to other opticians. I would definitely have chosen them if I knew of Spiros in the first place.

Spyros was super helpful in fixing my glasses! They're like brand new again. I was visiting from out of town and just walked in. He helped me right away and went above and beyond. Loved the customer service! Don't always get that nowadays

Even though I came in for something simple (tightening lenses), I was impressed with their hospitality and professionalism. Definitely will come back for any future issues with glasses 🤓

I got my new pair of eye glasses from American Vision of Bayside and the service was excellent. The technician, Spyros, attended to me and was patient, dynamic, knowledgeable and thorough. I love my new glasses and I got them in a timely manner. I highly recommend American Vision of Bayside.

Avoid this office. My appointment was confirmed through Zocdoc, but before the visit the office demanded $200 upfront, claiming I had not met my deductible. I repeatedly explained that I had already verified my insurance benefits and my plan has a $0 deductible with a $50 copay. The staff refused to verify the information and simply insisted that I pay $200 because my plan has a $200 deductible?
