Everything about this place is inconvenient. You have to make an appointment just for a pick up for glasses or contacts. It’s ridiculous. They are closed on Wednesdays, and they are always busy. I waited an hour and half (past my appointment time) for an eye exam just to find out I was evaluated for contacts instead against my wishes. As I’m writing this, I’ve been waiting 20 minutes just to simply pick up my glasses. I’ve asked 3 times for a receipt and haven’t gotten one.
