We journeyed to this neighborhood specifically to shop here. We arrived at their posted opening time (11am), and no one was there. We waited fifteen minutes and then left to shop elsewhere.

A rainy day had caught me inside where I found eclectic time period ladies garment. Though had lost their refinements and luster, they were perfect

HORRIBLE costumer service! I called ahead of time to ask their hours, I was told 8, then 7 and then hung up on. When I arrived at the store at 6:37 the door was locked and the woman inside refused to come to the door and talk to me. Saying through the glass that they closed at 6:30. Terrible experience with an employee who fails to understand the basic concepts of customer service and human decency. I will NOT be returning.

Was told a helmet I found was $45 and also would be put on hold for me for a week, Come in too pick it up and its on display and the woman behind the counter says its $65 and would not even call the owner when I told her a cashier and manager had promised me the helmet at this price. Will never give them any business.

I found that their customer service was very poor, they weren't very helpful at all. I do still go there because their inexpensive and i love their clothing.
