I have called numerous times and left messages for someone to call me back to schedule carpet cleaning. No one ever does. I have waited over a month to no avail. Very unprofessional.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING RESULT! This carpet was so stained, I debated whether I should just replace it or not. My previous roommates had spilled god-knows-what on it, burned holes through it and done bicycle repairs on it. It looked more like a driveway than a bedroom floor. I tried cleaning it with my home shampooer but the stains mocked me. I called George yesterday at 6pm, he came this morning at 10am and apparently performed some magic because Omg! This company thrives to please! We had a tough job to do ,and the carpet came out amazing, they even came back to use a dehydrator on it as we had older problem.We highley recomend this company!
Amazing service I am always pleased when they come to clean my carpets, mattress’s and couches! He even offered to clean my cars interior because I told George my daughter spilled her milk all over my Ford Fusion. I scheduled A-VACC (American Veteran Advanced Carpet Cleaning) to come last week at 2pm and they arrived 5 minutes early! I love how they come when they say they are going to come! I highly recommended using this company!
