Incompetent and unprofessional. They sent two "techs" to look at my vent hood and after 1.5 hours (an hour of which one spent on the phone with his parents to give them directions somewhere), they informed me that they didn't know what was wrong with my vent hood and even if they did, the part for my 5 year old vent hood likely wouldn't be available so I would need to get a new one.
