Be very careful with this company. I hired them to fix two specific problems with our commercial vent hood. They sent two technicians who were on-site for maybe 45 minutes . I am confident they did little to no actual work. The manager had agreed to credit the initial service call fee toward the final invoice, then conveniently forgot. I let it go because I trusted that they knew what they were doing. That was my mistake. They then charged my credit card for the second half of the contract without my authorization. Incompetent and unprofessional. They sent two "techs" to look at my vent hood and after 1.5 hours (an hour of which one spent on the phone with his parents to give them directions somewhere), they informed me that they didn't know what was wrong with my vent hood and even if they did, the part for my 5 year old vent hood likely wouldn't be available so I would need to get a new one.
