We have two of their machines at our main warehouse. The employees seem to appreciate having them (and they're always full). I don't really think about them, which means they are working - and that's perfect.
This company is a scam. They hacked into my Nike account and keep trying to have my orders shipped here. They are scandalous
We have had 2 vending companies over the last 7 years before landing with American Vending. I can say that I speak for everyone here when I say this company is hands down top-notch above any other vending company around. Every person in this organization is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You have to chase them down to get your commission of the sales. Schuyler always says that their accounting department has mailed a check but it never gets sent. I have been chasing them down for over 9 months now with no end in sight. Schuyler doesn't respond to voicemails left for him and reads the emails that are sent and barely responds. My end of year reports for 2021 are still left unfinished as I am still waiting to close out this portion of it. Not a professional way of conducting business. T... read more
