Owe my father in law 160k he purchased a car found it covered in rust took it back in now they haven’t refunded him it’s been 3 months don’t respond this place is a scam run
The whole experience was excellent. The staff were professional and friendly. The customer lounge, coffee facilities etc were first class and they had the vehicle sorted and fixed promptly. Definitely will use them in the future. If you have a problem with an American import go straight there as they have the experience and equipment to help.
I do not recommend this company. Have requested a refund for our deposit and not received it.
Never replies to parts requests. Not a very good conversion company.
I highly recommend the team at Autogroup International for their servicing, spare parts and sales of Right Hand Drive American Pickup Trucks. I met the sales managers, Andrew and Cliff, who had a wealth of knowledge and passion for the company, and its trucks. 10 stars if I could.
