I thought the other review might have been a fluke but Paul did the same thing to me. We had a scheduled apointment that he didn't show for and didn't respond to calls or texts. I'm sorely dissapointed in the lack of professionalism but glad that I didn't start a contract with someone so flakey. Avoid.

I tried to use Paul (the owner of the company) to build a dormer window on my roof. When I first called it sounded promising he was really nice and seemed interested, we scheduled a time for him to come and look at it and give me a price. He never showed up and was unresponsive to texts or calls. I was able to get ahold of him the next day and he was really apologetic and said he did want to come and look at the job. They called me on a Friday and were here painting on Monday! They helped me take down a few items and offered to put back up 1 thing that I dreaded to take down. They were prompt and clean!

We had some intricate painting that needed to be done changing our columns, mantle and window frames From orangey old wood to white. We also wanted new stair posts, railings and spindles with the wood end cap look. We are thrilled with the results that American Valerie gave us. Very professional and courteous.
