The parking lady on campus in Tucson is the absolute worst. I was Doordashing and away from my car for 15 minutes picking up food and came back to a boot. The boot was put on wrong and I needed to take off my tire to get it off. The people on the phone were absolutely no help and very rude when I expressed my frustration. This is the first review I have ever left anywhere. But overall I think this a terrible company with terrible people that work for it.
Be careful with this company, terminals DO NOT give you cash back and when you call the number they will send you south.
I have been parking at this Nogales, AZ lot for the past 3 years and always feel my car is safe. There is lots of visibility and the parking attendants are very pleasant and accommodating. The location of this lot is ideal as it is only a short walk to the Mexico border. Keep up the great work American Valet!!
