I cannot say enough about Joe and his team. From the start of the process they were so responsive, knowledgeable and made you feel confident in what you were doing. They make something that's not easy, 1 of the most simple parts when purchasing a home. Anytime I had a qs., needed some help or just had to vent, Joe was there. I cannot recommend Joe and his team enough. We decided on American United after being presented with some really great options. It wasn't that Joe had a better rate then anyone else but it was the attention to detail and thoroughness that kept us at ease from beginning to end. Joe never left us with any doubt that anything in his control would hold up our closing. For what our experience is worth, because of Joe's team, our home buying process was completed without a single hiccup.
