Fierce windstorm in February 2013 severely damaged the roof. When we made a claim for the roof repairs, this company gave us approx. $650 for damages that were in excess of $12,000!! This was predicated on their specious claim that the photo of the roof from Google Maps showed previous roof damage in the same areas. This company also claimed to have made a physical inspection of the property and the roof when the policy was first taken out.
