This company has terrible, pretty much nonexistent, customer service. I ordered parts from them and was sent the wrong component. No big deal, I’ll just request a replacement. Email multiple times, call multiple times, left voicemails, no response or any call back. Finally get through to somebody and they said they’ll send the correct part. Receive the replacement about a week later and it’s still incorrect. Try to reach out via more emails, more calls, never hear back. I was looking for quality parts and getting them from one supplier. They put a complete front steering parts sway bar links and bushings along with 2 steering dampeners.
